🚐 Getting there & transfers

Add anything that raises the value — a sunset tour, breakfast, airport pickup. It's your own (not from our tour pool) and totals into the price guests pay.
🧘 Rental pack — mats, blocks, straps, blankets
Property doesn't have gear to host on-site? Add The Current Collection rental pack. We deliver it the day before and it stays through the retreat. Charged per person, per day and folded into each guest's price.
Fees you're committed to — costs that don't shrink if your group is small
Things like a kitchen buyout, space rental, or full-property buyout. You owe these even if you don't fill every room — so build a cushion into your per-person price.

Right-click the exact spot on the map (the building/dock). 3. The first line of the menu is the coordinates, e.g. 9.3405, -82.2419 — click it to copy. 4. Paste it in the box above.

Convert local Property Managers / hosts. They know the scene, speak the language, have relationships. Offer the Regional Admin role + override pay.
Facebook groups & expat / travel communities. For net-new agents where you have no warm contact yet.
Coverage gaps never block you: claims route to your central queue and carry the hotel's PM contact + GPS + photos — so any agent can onboard remotely by phone/Zoom, from anywhere.

2 · How to onboard a hotel & a tour
Hotel: Hotels ▸ + Add Hotel (or the ＋ Add a Hotel button). Country + GPS are required — they place it on the map and match it to local tours. Add photos + rooms, submit for a quick review, then it's live.
Tour: Tours & Transport ▸ + Add Activity. Country + GPS required — a tour only shows for hotels within range (keeps a Bocas hotel from seeing a Panama City tour).
Stages: a lead moves Researched → Contacted → In onboarding → Ready to list ✅ (a go) or Declined ✗ (we passed). Two buttons on each lead:“→ Onboard” records the deal (tier/payment) in Onboarding Sales; “→ List as hotel” turns it straight into a live hotel listing — add photos, rooms & GPS, then submit.
3 · Build your team (2 tiers)

If someone leaves: earned pay stays paid; only future commission reassigns with the work.
